      That should be fine. I prefer to listen to my body. If my strength is going up consistently and I’m feeling good then I keep training. If strength drops and I feel worn out I will back off for a few days and when I’m ready I’ll get back to it.

      So listen to your body. You may want to just try cutting back the volume by 50% for a week. So working out only 2x per week or instead performing fewer sets.
