      When you enter your email and name you should get sent a confirmation email. Upon confirmation you should get another email with the password. It’s ‘opensesame’

  4. Any cardio for this program? What do you recommened. I want to lower my body fat and gain muscle like you also any abs? And last question i dont know how to count calories could.you help i weight 180 how.many calories do i need to gain muscle but not fat. What and my protein carbs and good fats. Im going for the Taylor lautner sort of GQ look thanks for all your help man.

    • Cardio is not necessary to lose body fat. The important thing is getting activity. On non lifting days you should go for a 45-60 minute walk, play a sport or do some form of cardio at the gym for 40-60 minutes. It doesn’t matter what you do, the important thing is that you’re active.

      You should be able to use google to find out how to count calories. It’s very simple. If you have an iphone I recommend ‘mynetdiary’. There are some websites online like livestrong and fitday that provide free calorie counting software. Just plug in the food you consumed, in the amount/weight and it will tell you what you took in.

      To build muscle and not gain fat you’re looking at eating 250 calories over maintenance per day.
